Jan 14th, 2018Violets is right. Super soft cork, very violet on the nose but especially the palate. Well structured Syrah. A little milk chocolate, blueberry, a ton of violet, field flowers, lavender. Dried rosemary and thyme. Extracted and delicious. Bold.

Fresh brambly fruit with just a hint of smoke. Really fresh and focused. Transitions well to a medium finish with gentle tannins.
