Aged Rosé! It’s still a lovely color. Amber pinkish. Smells like stone fruits. Hint of funkytown. Flavor is nice. Fleshy and very dry. Herbal side. Just a slight strawberry essence. Not sweet though. Doesn’t seem to be worse for wear with the aging. This is great with Asian food. A winner of a Rosé.
