Light green vegetables and tropical fruits on the nose.
A little fizzy at first with some tartness and acidity with a hint of bitterness and some stone fruit on the mouth. Pleasant medium dry finish.
Paired well with baked salmon, steamed broccoli and beans and home made pizza. Good value for money.
