100% Cortese grapes. Bright straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of golden delicious apple, lemon/lime, white flowers, hay and pineapple. A distinct steely (somewhat bitter) minerality on the medium-short finish. Soft textured and fresh with crisp, well balanced acidity. Refreshing. Revisited in January 2025. Still quite good.
