Showed well ! Of course lots of oxidative notes you would expect, slightly nutty reminiscent of sherry but then it finished sharply and cleanly, some salty notes with day old Granny Smith apples. I was totally surprised at how well it held up, it was almost like drinking a developed Blanc de Blanc that someone had poured a little Amontillado sherry at the top.

Still bubbly! This 50 year old champagne is amazing! Almond, brioche and citrus finish.
