Spiced apple, lemon curd, white peach with marzipan, nougat, marshmallow oatmeal, clove and just a suggestion of sulphides. It’s generous in its delivery, but even with full malo there’s some driving acid that drives the finish and shapes things up beautifully.

Beautiful fruit, oak and acid balance. Complex with a nice long finish.

Lighter appearance than expected. However, very interesting with lightly rotted notes, vanilla, butterscotch and melon on the nose. Also, tastes of melon with peach, quince, golden syrup and pineapple. Good balance with medium length.
