Lemon colour, lemon zest bouquet, dry, good acidity with, yes, lemon, plump lemon and well balanced on the palate. Lingeringly long on the finish, a delicious Greek wine.

This wine and assyrtiko overall feels very fitted to place. After a long hot day a cold tart glass of this is quite refreshing.

Had the 2014. With limited sulfites, tasted more like the varietal would after 7 years instead of just 3, according to our somme. Darker than later vintages, more buttery, and a bit more fruit (peach? Pear?). Still some of the classic assyrtiko acidity.

Strong citrus finish esp grapefruit and lime. Perhaps a bit of Stone fruit at the start. Very crisp and acidic. Significant minerality
