192H Update:
Nose has fully saturated oak plank, moist almonds, incredible sweet & saline notes, fermenting green apples, white chocolate bar, white candle wax and fresh yellow apple slice. Palate has almond broth (does that exist?), dried yellow apple, chamomile tea, moist bread, faint green olive (?) with mild saline finish, faint acidity. Damn I do not drink enough Manzanilla!

Totally digging this manzanilla - creamy, briny, like almonds and a dirty martini combined. Refreshing aperitif with Iberico ham pea stew.

Brine, savory herbs, chamomile, stewed green apples, Maracona almonds. Unfiltered.

These are delicious, elegant and balanced. Just remember, this not an oxidized wine.

Fresh, pleasant, balanced Manzanilla lovely nose and mid palate . Drying on palate in the finish.

Always a delicious aperitif.

Ocean spray, briny and full of peach and lime delight.

Aromatic, briny, tangy, with apple and spice notes and a rich texture. Perfect with pimentón-stuffed olives and Marcona almonds.
