A big expensive Swiss wine, marketed as the best wine out of Valais, the most popular AOC in Switzerland. Price (approx 190$) is excessive for the wine though it is a good wine. At this price tag there are far better wines from more renown wine regions. This blend of 7 varieties is interesting, the color is deep black, the nose has notes of orange peals, red berries, red current, spices and cherries, full body rich with firm tannins, complex and interesting with a long finished. My score 89, drink to 2025
