Intense nose of smoked ripe blueberries and blackberry jam, cassis, charred meat, anise, mint, and slight hint of pepper. Gimme some lamb chops yo. This wine is not shy, but I really dig it. Always impressed by their mid tier stuff over Angels Share.

JL Australian tasting 3/30/17. 14% ABV. $25.50. black fruit and vanilla on nose yet palate more balanced and refined than angels share. More acids. Tannins soft. Good length.

(16/20) Насыщенный аромат сушеного чернослива, изюму и морёного дерева. Тельное с довольно высокой кислотностью и мягкими, ненавязчивым танинами. Джем из чёрных ягод во вкусе. Мощное, но всё же несколько одномерное вино.
