Rose is probably my least favorite of wine type. But this is exceptional. Raspberry, pomelo, herbs, and oyster shell on the nose. Elegant medium to full body. Beautiful acidity.
Predominantly Grenache with Syrah and dashes of Mourvèdre and Viognier.

Possibly the best rose I’ve tasted - not that I drink rose often.
Perfumed nose of fresh raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, subtle fresh herbs, lavender, hint of steeped red tea and seashell. Medium to full body. Great texture yet stays lively on the palate. Then there is that long candied juicy finish.
This is so delightful yet so serious.
Every bottle I have tasted so far from the winery is not just good, but great!
