We had this wine at the Girl and the Fig in Sonoma with flounder. The flounder paired very well with this wine. The dish encompassed soft silkie whipped potatoes with spinach and a slightly crispy flounder which was tender inside. This complimented the dish very well. The wine had notes of dried apricots and kumquats. A beautiful wine

Very nice and enjoyable wine that is made in a limited supply. It tastes like a cross between a sauvinon blanc and a chardonnay. I discovered it at a special Truchard wine tasting hosted by Zach.
