Oak Knoll District Dry Riesling

A bit too dry for me but nice with burrata

Dry crisp with floral notes. Nice ripe citrus on the palate. Medium acidity. Went great with ceviche.

Crisp and bright with a tart tang of green apple. Nice for a sunny spring afternoon.

Ripe apple, Meyer lemon. Dry. Lacks acid for me.

Even without crab on the holiday menu this reliable riesling delivers joy all on its own for its lime-struck fruit and electric acidity. Not purely dry, but the sugar only rounds up the body without heightening sweetness.

Apple and pear, light color, nice nose, slight effervescence. Nice for the warm day/night we are having.

Very dry indeed. Lovely light white, citrus with vanilla and nutmeg. I would have passed on Riesling in general but this is quite tasty.
