Trading Post Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A decent enough Cab. Nothing really special though.

Notes of vanilla and oak. Sweet but not too sweet, I’m a fan

on the sweeter side for a cab. can taste the hint of vanilla. finish is a little oaky

Too deep and fruity for me

Color of deep purple. Looking thick and nice legs. Nose of nice dark fruits plus strawberry ice cream, vanilla, and touch of aldehyde. Nose is above average. Taste is mouthful with sweet currants, really mellow tannins, some zest, bitterness to balance the sweetness, and some more ripe grapes. Aftertaste shows a bit more oak note. On par. Quite sweet yet balanced out by other flavors.
