Pale golden-tinged yellow. Floral and mineral nuances color the peach and apple aromas and flavors. Round and floral on the slightly low-acid but still balanced finish, which expresses a strong lemony note. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, August 2019)

Scores are such an inadequate – though understandably consumer-friendly – way to sum up thoughts and feelings when a wine actually hits home, which is rare.
On the official scale of complexity, age-worthiness and such, this is above average. In my personal platonic ranking – it’s what I love about wine and as good as it gets.
Zippy acid with richness, lots of fruit and lots of savoury, presence on the palate without heaviness and a straightforwardness that reminds you it’s a drink rather than a thesis.
In short: 😍😍😍

Racy and mineral but with some stone fruit breadth and pleasant herbal notes. Would be great with either oysters or fatty fish.

Solid Etna Bianco. Mouth filling with extreme minerality and great acidity. Love this sort of stuff.
