The Cab S definitely asserts itself, but the Sangiovese lays down a terrific backbone of cedar and spice and gives the wine its youthful zip. No idea where the Cab F plays. Color? Would love to give it a 9 but that would be a bridge too far. Happy 4th Everyone. 🇺🇸
