The third of a winter red tasting flight, smooth but not overwhelmingly fruity or sweet.

Good, but it'd be interesting to have a higher percentage of cab franc. Dark purple color of Malbec and black fruit (plumb) flavor with a bit of spice and minerality.

Introduced to this bottle at Buenos Aires Cafe. BIG grape here. Chewy texture...really, really good. The fruit comes late to the party but gives a tasty, lingering finish. Our kinda stuff. Bring on the skirt steak!
