Tons of acid leads to great pear and citrus notes but with a slightly rounder mouth. She's a beauty. Well done gents!

I'll call this a semi-orange wine. Phenolic, but (thankfully) not overly oxidized. Quite aromatic - mandarin, lemon zest, tarragon. Fresh and savory. 150 cases produced.
