Very well balanced, almost has a hint of honey on the finish. Apple with citrus, very nice people at the winery. Can't wait to go back!

Had this with Massimo Bottura's recipe for Risotto Cacio E Pepe, and it was a fabulous counterpart to the rich, Parmesan risotto!

First year in a screw top and it does taste different. 2014 vintage is nicely dry and has a minerality that is lovely. I recommend that you try it!
