Crucial to let it breathe. Hated first glass, liked 2nd an hour later, REALLY like first glass night 2. Earthy, a little spicy leather. Plum takes a backseat once it mellows.

Found a 250ml bottle of FAT bastard, mainly got it for the unique funny name, but I also wanted a little something to have with my steak. Fruity on the nose, earthy acidic taste. Almost tastes a little watered down. Not bad, easy to drink, however you’re not missing much.
