Oregon Pinot Blanc

A light, bright, and fresh nose of pineapple, ripe Bosc pear, lemon curds, and fresh oyster mushrooms. Bright acidity greets the palate, heavy with ripe lemons, with a stony mid-palate which gives way to a long, saline finish. A more exciting pinot Blanc, especially since it has some age to it. #sundaysupper
