Delicious. Served with our Ham and lamb, Old World vs. New world. Need a bit more time, but promise was there.

Masculine. Hits the apex of depth and concentration of all these wines. The fruits, the herbs, the minerals, the earth, all things are so brooding and intensely weighty on the palate. Definitely needs time/air to align itself
