Nose: Clean, light white floral, Asian Pear, pumice, stainless steel.

Palate: Dry, Medium-minus acid, light body. Flavors are very light, Asian pears, lemon, rounded mouthfeel on finish. Medium finish.

Conclusion: Very good for $12.

Commentary: Very enjoyable, easy going light wine.

Nice golden colored white dry wine. Refreshing taste and fruitish aroma. Best enjoyed with some vegetarian food or goat cheese.

Delightful, fresh, elegant, refined Gavi di Gavi (100% Cortese)!

Pale straw color, greenish glitters.
Rich and refreshing bouquet of carambola, blooming acacia, white grapefruit, morning meadow, wet melon, cloudberry.
Soft medium-bodied palate of gastronomic acidity and fine structure. Green apple, pineapple, pomelo, white currant, white strawberry flavors.
Round, creamy and fruity finish of immense length with subtle wet pebble undertone.
Paired to roasted flounder fillet and seafood risotto nicely.

Good for a dry white. Light and nice finish.
