Chevalier des Andes 2003 Mendoza - just in case you wondered if these age nicely, yes! The nose was gorgeous, dried flowers, pure red raspberry fruit mid-palate, surprising amount of rockiness. Firm acidity, gentle tannins, big but defined and layered, the finish kept swelling. Cab & Malbec
