Toscana Passito Bianco IGT 2011, 13%. Bottle tasted in September 2014. Sweet wine obtained from Petit Manseng grapes.
Golden yellow color, very clear.
Extraordinary nose: candied fruits, dry apricots, saffron too.
Fresh but round in the mouth, taste of rich honey.
A very unusual but great wine!
