Entry level. If you don't know lambrusco, which I know very little, this is a great start. Like a sparkling Chianti Classico. Refreshing acidity and light carbonation, dry, dusty palate, barnyard funk, earthy and tannic finish. Extraordinary versatility with cuisine.

There Areca lot of interesting Lambruscos on the market today. This is not one of them..
