This wine is so unique. It's like drinking ground up almonds, lemon rind, seashells, with just a hint of creaminess. The finish on this white goes on for a long time. Definitely pair with shellfish. The minerals on the finish almost leave a dusty residue behind. There aren't many whites that have knocked my socks off quite like this one. This is special.
