Salento IGT Primitivo

So easy to drink. Lacks complexity but it's perfect if you want something effortless and tasty. Paired with seared flank steak.

Acid without tannins. Great raspberries and plums

Very smooth. Although dry it did not burn the pallet. Very enjoyable definitely would purchase again

The jury is still out... I agree that it lacks complexity, but that made both sipping and pairing easy. Probably a good choice for guests who aren't typically wine drinkers.
