Opened last night paired with Chinese good, tasty but tight. Now 2nd night, more fleshy and full of petrol, pear and quince. Definitely needs air to really shine. Thanks @vinejoy

Interesting, oily - petrol but light on its feet. Just a touch odd but interesting - if it really from anywhere near vandenberg AF base it is really cold.
