The most amazing sparkling wine I have ever had! Seriously. Crisp and clean, not too acidic and not sweet. Perfect finish but no dry aftertaste. I'm buying a case next time. I will say, I forgot the varietal that it's made from and the label doesn't say. It is produced and bottled in Lodi.
