This bottle was probably better 12 months ago. There’s a firm backbone but the fruit is starting to show dried apple. Still great with buffala mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

More subtleties and brightness than the nose would imply. Certainly a bit oxidized, but the waxy, resiny side plays well with the herbal, verbena characteristics
