Beautifully lifted Pfalz nose of confectionary citrus, cotton candy, mandarin orange and bright mineral perfume. The palate is juicy, sapid and nicely concentrated, with a touch of richness, good freshness and a long, mineral finish. The acidity could be a tick higher for me, and the wine still feels young and somewhat closed, very much in the mold of the 2017 at this stage. Excellent now, with huge upside as it develops.
