Deep magenta, briefly stains glass. Clear. Decant 30 minutes. Cherries, sweet blackberries and raspberries on nose, some chocolate/coffee. Soft and juicy, tastes of cherries, some black and red fruits, hint of vanilla and spice. Medium chocolaty finish. Medium to medium plus tannin, medium to medium high acid. Lush and silky, medium plus body. Cozy and well balanced.

Bold, full bodied. But light enough to not spoil the evening. More like a cabernet. Plummy. Definately needs decanting and little chillier than room temp. Tratts.
