Most unique wine I’ve had in a while. Saline, petrol, lemons.

Any time a Somm asks you if you want to try something cool you should always say yes. Mineral-y, yet oxidative and nutty. A wine that’s full of (delicious) left turns.

Totally unique, saline, touch of sweetness to the fruit. Bit heavy on the sulphides but this is a great wine - find it.

This really needs some serious air and age, reductive to start but then mellowing out to citrus oil, macadamia nut and a strangely attractive meat jus note, like bobtail mixed with heather honey and lemon oil. There is plenty of Chablis esq reduction that edges into smoky bacon land but adds character. Lemon wet towels. Amazing structure in the mouth, it's almost like a vine creeper moving up through your mouth, a powerful snap on the mid palate, infinitely fresh, snappy mineral and with a gripping finish.

Mid Gold in colour. Aromas of citrus and Grapefruit. Very much in the Mediterranean white mould of being textural and mouth filling. From the Canary Islands made from the Listan Blanco grape. Mouth watering sour appley finish with good fruit acidity.

Quite reductive in the start but it opened nicely during our dinner. Still a bit flinty but very enjoyable.

Fascinating nose, immediate nose of sulphuric components open up to reveal a sweet, briny sea spray aroma. This smells like a volcano, but packs a punch of liquid minerals, smoke, incense and crushed oyster Chablis. Like a Chablis on steroids!

The wines of Tenerife rarely fail to impress me, and thus one is no exception. Thick and unctuous, but bone dry with ask and straw notes.

Mid gold. Notes of pear, some similarities to white burgundy but this is more textural with a fuller mouthfeel. Prominent acid at the finish. Would match with many foods.
