This is more like it for Soave Classico ! Wet stone and lemon zest with ripe cantaloupe. The acidity holds a higher RS in check. Delicious

pear, melon nose, not much else

Baked apples on the nose. Nice clean citrus notes. Palate lots of acid. Citrus notes, vanilla notes. Good balance and nice short finish.

Some nice buttery notes on the palate straw on the nose with some apple.

Flowers and lemon, "Soave"

Light citrus flavor. Last dinner in Italy @ Fiumicino

Citrus zest, floral notes, serious minerality. Nice Soave.

Refreshing and delicious. And from the land of Romeo and Juliet! Will try more of this grape.

Delicious. Slightly sweet, but very fruity. It was paired with anchovy vinaigrette over mustard greens.
