Red fruit on the nose, raspberry, strawberry. First taste on the tongue was acidic but some vigorous decanting over just a few minutes has already calmed it down. Great silky mouth feel, lingering finish of stewed red fruit.

90 minutes later and the minerality starts to show, the acidity is still there, I want a bit more nuance but this is a great and fun wine.
Paired well with pizza =)
