Fair bit of bricking, nose is fairly pronounced with roast root vegetables, barnyard, plum and clove. Mid weight and showing good fruit from entry on - plum compote and red cherry - plus spice, caramel, beetroot. Nice complexity without feeling deep - more a sense of entwined flavours. Length and freshness pretty good, that oak caramel sweetness lingering with stewed rhubarb and red plum. Good drink; have got more tucked away but I'll be onto it soon - drinking well and don't think it's going to improve from here.
