Superior to the 2011 vintage, this CS has vanilla oak and medium thick body, with smooth black cherries and blackberries leading into a spicy acidic finish. Good cocktail wine.

This is a smooth and very pleasant merlot. Hint of cherry, touch of vanilla- not bitter or bitey as some Merlots can be. Pair it with a grilled steak and you will have a good evening!
