This wine was the perfect compliment to a long Monday! The dark fruits- ripe plum?- were well balanced by the vanilla undertones and hints of nutmeg. The rich initial encounter upon first sip, was followed by an unexpectedly smooth finish. Would pair well with a rich apple cobbler eaten on a front porch with friends on a cool fall night. Highly recommended!
