High toned, savoury aromatics. Cherries, mulberry, stems, white pepper, autumn leaves and some herb. Palate sets it apart, deft weight and intensity with an impressive finish. Doesn't take me to Beaujolais but is very good at what it does.

Absolutely fantastic. Not too much pepper, lush without overwhelming the duck I primarily paired it with. Finely balanced summer berries.

2013 - a pretty wine, delightful drinking. Summer berries, long finish, an excellent gamay.
