An interesting wine from an interesting region. I think given the circumstances it would be appropriate to try and relate this small producer with a less known varietal to something we're all familiar with: Chenin Blanc. It's got body and RS but pulls back on a lot of the overt tropical fruit you'll see in the Loire. Pretty great and very fun to drink.

A really wonderful, acidic wine with a deep golden color. Notes of green apple and pear. I share the view with @William Gordon that this wine is reminiscent of chenin blanc.

hot and dry, a concentrated white grape that i have no familiarity with, paired terribly with spicy isan thai food, but paired well with pizza and smoke. bronze in color, best served very chilled, like a shitty beer.
