This is such a gorgeous wine. So pleased i bought 6 of them. For a split second it's reminiscent of oaked cool climate chardonnay before it's tropics kick in to gear. Lingering and persistent, tangy and fresh yet it's lees time brings it all together through its creaminess. Notes of lemon zest, passionfruit pulp, fresh cucumber, guava nectar, vanilla syrup and toast.

Jul 17th, 2016Fumè style Sauvignon Blanc from selective Sauv parcels. Retaining plenty of its natural acidity and still giving plenty of its tropical fruit aromas behind the creaminess of the oak. Semi-creamy mouthfeel and it's grapefruit like acidity kicks in. Beautiful
