Extraordinary and weird in a good way. The fruit is still there but is subsumed to a waxy, almost Sauternes quality . Definite hints of Asian spices like lemongrass and lime leaf, even toasted sesame, on top of beeswax and honey, brioche. If you get the chance to try a 16 year old Cali Chardonnay go for it. Sourced from TM Wright wines in the UK for -£30
