Syrah

This is easily one of my favorite boutique wineries. High altitude vineyards producing deeply tasty and still balanced wines with an extremely long finish. The nose is strong with nutmeg, sandalwood, black fruit, talc, white pepper, and wet red earth. Palate is rich with medium + acidity, slightly rustic tannins and plenty of fruit notes. Finish brings out a vanilla and dill note over an egg albumin (raw egg white) texture. Excellent wine.

Let this wine breathe. It will go from light to ruby red, earthy, and deep after about an hour. I love this winery and its wines!
