An unbelievable Albariño. The nose is a haunting mixture of perfumed flowers, citrus oils, green melon, and salty sea air. Chablis-like lemon, more salinity, seashell minerality, lime flowers, and razor acidity that chews at the inside of the mouth. The finish is longer than the film "Amadeus". Acid and lime lingers on the lips. This is truly a treat and I would recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately this vineyard and production is tiny. Great memories with this bottle!
