2010 burnt toast. How to compare an Austrian blanc de blanc? Certainly not champagne, very nutty with burnt toast overall. Perhaps has an esoteric interest but I found it not a pleasant experience. On the other hand the Klimt bottle is crazy wonderful, even down to the cap inside the wire cage. What great presentation, glad it was a gift and as such I love it, and not a wine to actually drink.
