Good moderate Cabernet Sauvignon. Somewhat dry and tannic, a little smoky. I was surprised by how much I liked it. It was a good steady flavor that has a lot of versatility for cooking or pairing.

Local restaurant Taste of India’s cab by the bottle. This is Sean Minor 2016 cabernet sauvignon. The beginning is blackberry, dark currant, and raspberry fruits. There is a wonderful spice and tobacco that emerges almost immediately. The finish has a lingering earthy tone that leaves you wanting another sip. I am having a spicy chickpea Appetizer. Wow. They have made a wonderful choice and a beautiful paring. The spice and tobacco are really amplified here. For a restaurant cab, excellent choice!
