Strangely, I'm getting tones consistent with a New Zealand SB. (I'm not a fan) High salinity on the pallet with a petrol character that I personally find off-putting. Not too much fruit coming through in this tasting. Too bad.

Crisp strawberry and watermelon notes, dry but not bone dry. A tiny bit of effervescence adds to the punch of the acidity.
