I dug the hell outta this. 30 day skin contact Sav Blanc. Side by side with the Czech wine. Had a bit more high toned fruit coming through and a bit sharper acid.

The wine I always crave. Pungent, funky, citrus notes rounded out by cold wet slate. Every sip makes you lean back and think. Denny picked this bottle up from Spirit Wine in New Orleans and we drank it while watching Twin Peaks. Must drink more!!!!

A great pleasure to drink this at Rebelle with Mr Schoener a stone's throw away at the bar. Excellent, tropical fruit nose with great acidity, length, and food versatility.
