Is the name suggesting that it's killing CA Sav Blanc? If so, long live Brutus! I was exited to try this Scholium Sav Blanc project. I got nice champagne like yeastiness on the nose, prickly acidity on the tounge and lovely Gravenstein apple on the finish.
